Return and Cancellation Policy

Because our cabinetry and countertops are built and ordered to custom specifications, we enforce a strict refund policy:

Cancellation Fee: Once an order is placed, any subsequent cancellation is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Custom Design Restrictions: No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be granted for changes made to color, design, layout, wood species, or manufacturer choice after the order has been submitted.
Post-Installation Policy: Absolutely no refunds or structural returns will be accepted after cabinetry or countertops have been physically installed.
Warranty and Labor: Product warranties are guaranteed solely through the individual manufacturer. Please note that manufacturer warranties do not cover labor costs, and any labor required to replace or repair components will be charged independently by Appalachian CCF.
