Terms and Conditions for Appalachian Cabinetry, Countertops, and Flooring (ACCF)

Welcome to Appalachian Cabinetry, Countertops, and Flooring. By accessing our website, requesting an estimate, or purchasing our products and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

• Estimates and Pricing: All project estimates are valid for exactly thirty (30) days from the date issued.
• Payment Terms: Full payment for all materials is required upfront before any product order is formally placed.
• Agreement of Terms: By signing a Sales Agreement, the customer acknowledges and agrees that there are no verbal or oral agreements or understandings outside of the written contract.
• Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of West Virginia.
