Delivery Liability: Upon physical delivery of materials to the specified job address, ACCF is not responsible for any subsequent damages incurred by the deliberate actions of any person or persons.
Environmental Damage: We are not responsible for any damage caused to materials post-delivery by water, humidity, weather-related issues, or improper on-site storage.
Fulfillment Timelines: Delivery timelines given at the time of order are estimates provided by our manufacturers and suppliers. We will communicate any logistical delays as soon as they arise.
